how to blogNobody is born knowing what they want to do in life. When you meet people who seem to easily generate money from passive income sources, know that most of them started out working only part-time.

But life is busy, work is tiring, and when we get back home, the last thing we want to do is work some more!

Then, when you consider kids, friends, and special events, you realise that even if you wanted to find time to start in the Passive Income business, it is going to be hard, right? Well, that was what I thought. But later I realised—it’s possible.

My name is Francisco. On my 27th birthday, I was determined to start something new in my life. No…not just something new; I wanted to begin something that would change my life. That is when I walked into the passive income world.

I’m a full-time PhD student. I am also based in a research company and work from 9 to 5. Then in the evening hours, I play sports, do some chores, spend time with my wife, cook yummy meals, and meet with friends.

As you can see, I’m a busy man! On top of that, I make money from passive income activities!

So, you may be wondering at this point, where do I find the time? Well, in fact, you don’t really need to spend a lot of time when you are starting. If you know how to read, then you are already well on your way. And you will read a lot.

In my case, I was reading and following a lot of bloggers for some time—in the morning before going to work, during lunch time, before going to sleep, on weekends…

A big mistake that some people make is believing that they need to go insane from the get-go and spend countless hours working every single day. Passive Income needs to start inside you as a hobby, and my suggestion is to not think too much about money at the beginning—focus on learning.

What I mean by all this is that I encourage everybody interested in the field to start. It doesn’t matter if you don’t have much time, what matters is the enthusiasm you put into it. Some people walk, others run, and others fly, but what they all have in common is that they are moving towards their dreams. This is not a competition, it is more about doing something you like.

So, if you are one of those people thinking that you don’t have enough time to start your own website, you are not alone! I am like you.

Many days I don’t even have time to switch on my computer (sometimes for a whole week), but here I am, finding a little spot to do what I like most: blogging.

Now, if you are interested in the kind of passive income I’m involved with and how I got started, you can have a look at the following links:

Wrapping Up

If you have a 9 to 5 job and believe you will struggle if you start your own blog, then you are wrong!

Time is the most valuable resource, but blogging will not take that much of your time.

If the struggle is coming because you don’t know how to set up a blog, DO NOT  WORRY! I’m here to help 🙂

I’ve created a step by step guide to starting your own blog. I promise it will not take more than 15 minutes.

If you are thinking about starting your own blog, I created a tutorial-guide that will help you start your own blog for cheap, only $3.95 per month for blog hosting (through my link). Additionally, you will receive a free blog domain (valued at $12-15) through my Bluehost link if your purchase is for at least 12 months of blog hosting. My recommendation is that you be self-hosted. This is important if you want to monetize your blog because your website will look more professional.

Cheers!
